This is an indivisual project attempts to explore new forms of communication through biological studies of s.cerevisiae and diverse practice of information transformation.

The signals of S. Cerevisiae (including variables like peptide pheromone, adhesion protein, flocculant and other signals of S. cerevisiae under various environments ) are controlling different monosyllables of English, which compose humanly perceptible and unpredictable Sound form.

Fermentation is not only the conservation of mass and energy between life to life but also a testimony to biodiversity. Both humans and yeasts have their own posture of existence and the resulting language, and culture. We are not the centre of the world, the limited perceptions of us do not equal to the inexistence of their voices and consciousness. The world is riched in fluidity, sticky and mouldy, we are a part of this dirty mass rally, we are some of the variables, we are delicious as well
